The teachings of Reformed theologian, Norman Shepherd, have concerned many of his colleagues. In this book, Author Ralph Boersema demonstrates that their concern is frequently based on misreadings. Shepherd's critics are often profoundly mistaken about what he teaches. Their criticisms are largely directed to views that are alien to him. Christ's Church will be blessed if misunderstandings are removed and thoughtful theological reflection is given to the positions Shepherd really defends, doctrines that can be aptly summarized in quotations of the 16th century Reformer, John Calvin.
